HRE Monoblok Sale!

As a valued HRE customer and in light of the current market economy, HRE is excited to present the following pricing changes to your Monoblok distribution contract. The pricing changes are restricted to Monoblok Porsche and BMW applications for orders confirmed through 12/31/2008. Please note that these changes are only applicable to these two applications:

1. From the time of this email until 12/31/2008, HRE Monoblok wheels for Porsche & BMW applications may be discounted to retail customers per the following schedule:
   1. Porsche

i. 19” diameter narrow & wide body applications: $4,995.00 per set

ii. 20” diameter narrow body applications: $5,395.00 per set

iii. 20” diameter wide body applications: $5,495.00 per set

2. BMW

i. 19” diameter applications: $4,995.00 per set

ii. 20” diameter applications: $5,395.00 per set

2. HRE reserves the right to further change the retail pricing level stipulated in item #1 above at any time per the terms of the Monoblok Distribution agreement
3. The provisions of this amendment are severable, and if any one or more such provisions are determined to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, under the laws of any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions or portions hereof shall, nevertheless, be binding on and enforceable by and between the parties hereto
4. Addendum is subject to the duration and terms stipulated in the Monoblok distribution agreements currently in force other than noted above
